Raheim Binnie
Founder · Toll Bridge Investing
Institutional discipline. Operational integrity.
Raheim Binnie, a graduate of the University of Michigan, is the founder of Toll Bridge Investing and the founder and managing partner of Arnon River Partners, an operationally focused investment holding company. His investing career began while he was still an undergraduate studying industrial engineering, when he joined the student-run Maize and Blue Fund as an analyst and rose to serve as its chief investment officer, advising the fund’s analyst community and helping direct its portfolio. That early combination of engineering discipline and genuine portfolio responsibility shaped a systems-oriented view of what allows a business to compound over long periods.
His professional career carried him through several corners of finance, including analyst work at JPMorgan Chase, an investment associate role at Pagaya, and private equity analysis at Auxo Investment Partners, where he evaluated lower-middle-market companies through financial modeling, diligence, and direct conversation with the operators running them. In 2023 he founded Arnon River Partners with a mandate to acquire and build essential businesses in the lower middle market, providing permanent capital rather than pursuing quick exits.
Toll Bridge Investing extends that same thinking into the public markets, consolidating the business quality, management integrity, and valuation discipline that owners rely on into a single coherent view.
